Nuu Home Group is an Ofsted-registered provider delivering relationship-focused supported accommodation for young people aged 16+.
Our model combines 24/7 staffing, experienced Children’s Services leadership and strong multi-agency partnership working to create safe, stable environments where young people can settle, build confidence and move towards independence.
Our approach is intentionally relationship-led. Many young people arrive following periods of disruption or significant transition. Through consistent presence, reliability and attuned support, we build trusting relationships that provide the foundation for emotional stability, positive routines and growing independence.
With 24/7 staffing, we provide structure and reassurance during what can be a significant transition into placement and early adulthood, allowing young people the time and space to settle while their needs are understood and support is shaped around them.
We work closely with placing authorities and partner professionals to ensure support remains proportionate, flexible and responsive as circumstances develop. Our senior leadership and management team bring extensive frontline experience within Children’s Services, ensuring our practice remains safeguarding-focused and grounded in a genuine understanding of the young people we support.
